Commanders at Giants

I was shocked when I saw this line, I just don’t believe in the Commanders. They keep squeaking by teams, surviving them instead of actually controlling them and winning. Textbook phony fraud squad, if they hadn’t survived against the Falcons with a tipped pass at the goal line, I don’t think they’d be favored in this one.

I’ll take the better coached team at home with the points and the moneyline, just a wonky line that makes no sense. Get out of here with this Taylor Henieke nonsense, he’s a game manager at best, I can’t believe how people get fooled by QB wins so much.

Titans at Eagles

This Titans team got dominated by the Bengals last week in their opportunity to exact revenge on them for the playoff loss. Just handled on both sides of the ball. What an impressive performance by the Bengals without Chase!

I expect the Titans to take away the run option for Jalen Hurts and make them beat him throwing the ball. I haven’t seen him win from the pocket consistently this season and the Titans are a well coached defense that will shut down the run lanes. This feels like way too many points, I even like the Titans in an upset spot here.

Dolphins at Niners

Too many people are selling this Dolphins team short, I think they can go into San Francisco and win this game outright. I watched Jimmy G look pretty shaky against the Saints last week and I know he’s due for a typical bad Jimmy G game. I’m buying this Dolphins offense and I think they can do just enough to win this game.

Not having those tackles healthy worries me some for Tua, but I think McDaniel will coach up the offense and have some formations ready to deal with the Niners. He knows them so well since he was a former coach, he must have some insight into the weak points of the defense.

Chiefs at Bengals

This game is a classic trap by the sportsbooks. When this line came out and it never went back to +3 for the Bengals, I knew they were just begging people to bet on the Chiefs. The Bengals have the Chiefs figured out as evident by going 2-0 against them last year. Big Lou the defensive coordinator for the Bengals has been great this season at taking away a team’s strength, he did this with the Titans and Derrick Henry last week.

I expect him to take Kelce away from Mahomes and continue to use the drop-8 coverage that confused Mahomes so much in the AFCG last season. I’m taking the Bengals at home here with the points and taking them on the moneyline. Joe Burrow and Ja’marr Chase will be too much for the Chiefs defense to handle.
