We’ve finally made it to the Super Bowl. I can’t wait to watch this game. Both these teams have been the best teams in the league from the start of the season. The Eagles have had a cupcake schedule but they did dominate most of the teams they played. The Chiefs rebuilt their team after trading away Tyreek Hill.
The Chiefs are in their 3rd Super Bowl in 5 years, Mahomes just won his 2nd MVP, how on earth is this team an underdog against the Eagles? The Eagles do have a good team, they didn’t get to the Super Bowl by accident, but to be favored over the Chiefs seems like a mistake by the sportsbooks and the general public.
Patrick Mahomes as an underdog has never lost! The Chiefs use the picks they received from the Tyreek Hill trade to fortify their defense adding Karlaftis and McDuffie. Patrick Mahomes somehow figured out a way to be more efficient while still explosive. He’s the best QB I’ve ever watched play and somehow he’s an underdog.
The Eagles were insanely fortunate this season with all of the breaks they got. They had one of the easiest schedules in the league. The quality wins they have were less than impressive, even the playoff wins they had were not that impressive. I hoped this would create more doubt around this team, but for some reason everyone is buying in.
The Eagles defense has gotten shredded anytime they’ve faced a good QB and now they’re set to face the best QB in football. Good luck to defensive coordinator Jonathan Gannon and the Eagles defense because I don’t see how they stop Mahomes.
Give me the Chiefs with the points, give me the Chiefs on the moneyline. Patrick Mahomes cements his legendary status by winning his second Super Bowl. Since it’s the Super Bowl, I have a few other bets to include as well.
