Niners at Eagles

This should be a great matchup we have been waiting all season for. The offensive line for the Eagles is the best in the league by a wide margin and the defensive line for the Niners is the best in the league by a wide margin. We are in for some fireworks, I really can’t wait to see how the Eagles deal with Nick Bosa. Lane Johnson returning has solidified that line where Jalen Hurts doesn’t have to do much but manage the game.

The challenging aspect of the Niners defense is as terrifying as Bosa is off the edge, Fred Warner manning the middle might be the more impactful defender. I’m very interested to see the Eagles run game and short passing game matchup with this Niners defense. Turnovers will most likely be the difference in this matchup between two evenly matched squads. With that being said I’ll take the FG and the underdog Niners in this one.

Bengals at Chiefs

The matchup to determine QB supremacy in the AFC. I cannot believe Joe Burrow has never lost to Patrick Mahomes, it doesn’t make sense. It sounds like some quirky stat that’s made up and later debunked. Mahomes isn’t 100% but was still more than capable at playing QB to eliminate the Jags last weekend so I wouldn’t rule anything out when it comes to Patrick Mahomes. This line has been moving all week at one point, the Bengals were favored and now they’re back to being underdogs.

This game feels like it will be decided by a late FG. I don’t want to bet against Mahomes, I just can’t pick against Joe Burrow right now. Burrow has the Bengals rolling with seemingly more confidence than last year’s team that went to the Super Bowl. I’m picking Burrow and the Bengals to pull the upset and head to their second straight Super Bowl.
